SWING SET PRODUCTIONS

I first started kicking ass at Swing Set by quickly solidifying the team and processes to make sure all work that we produced was at the same high-level of quality when Swing Set was first established and allowed it to flourish. Then I spent a year analyzing the potential opportunities for growth for the company and enacted a plan to conquer the known universe!
• Partnered with the team to look for opportunities to improve the workplace and make sure projects ran smoothly. Encouraged team building activities during the work from home environment.
• Met weekly with Senior Leadership to update them with Swing Set’s growth.
• Created the website and all social media channels.
• Provided company oversight including maintaining creative standards, meeting deadlines, profitability and aligning Innocean’s departments.
• Develop strong relationships with the team to provide an open and safe environment for all employees to be heard and have their opinions considered in the future growth of the company.
• And a bunch of other stuff!

 

FARADAY FUTURE

Executive Producer

Responsible for running Faraday Future's multidisciplinary internal Video Department and for partnering with the various departments to effectively prioritize and create content for the company's digital channels.
• Provide departmental oversight including maintaining creative standards, meeting deadlines, and aligning cross-functional departments.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional team members to understand and prioritize video requests and to communicate project status, opportunities and resolution to internal stakeholders.
• Created processes and systems to effectively adhere to production schedules as well as manage the approval process from concept to delivery of final asset, with a focus on digital content.
• Responsible for managing and motivating internal and external creative and production teams across multiple projects from the concepting phase through final delivery of high-quality projects that are on time and on-brand.

• Oversee production and creative teams to meet all deadlines whether from advertising agencies, networks or client direct work.
• Lead meetings with senior clients and internal teams, serving as a liaison between all groups.
• Collaborate with Head of Production and Producers to create project schedules, budgets, and teams.
• Develop strong relationships with potential clients in order to develop new business, as well as maintain client relationships and opportunities within existing accounts.

Ensured business and projects success in partnership with the creative directors, production department, and business development team. Drove professional excellence across all Troika projects and fostered a collaborative culture with optimal processes.

• Interfaced with client under supervision of Executive Producer to ensure expectations and budgets were managed.
• Planned and scheduled facility resources to create an effective approach to the visual effects work.

Facilitated the delivery of motion graphic elements for various network programs as well as partnering with companies for projects outside their area of expertise. Fostered and maintained collaborative relationships with owner/operators, internal staff and freelance artists.

 

DIRECTV ON-AIR PROMOTIONS

7/2006 – 10/2007
Delivered entertaining on-air promotions promoting DIRECTV brand, programming and offers.
• From conception to air, worked closely with Marketing Department and Creative Director to creatively convey the chosen concepts.
• Conceptualized and wrote scripts for on-air spots.
• Supervised the entire creative and production process, from concept and casting to editing and post-production.

Worked with a variety of subject matter and video and film formats to bring each individual project to fruition.
• Met production deadlines and completed projects within a wide range of budgets. • Aided in both creative as well as technical aspects of production.

 

BILL VIOLA STUDIO

Worked with world-renowned video artist Bill Viola to bring his unique vision to life. • Based on artist’s concepts brought together all components for complex video productions.
• Oversaw every aspect of each project including researching locations, hiring crew/specialists, casting and post production.
• Coordinated with installation teams to insure delivery of project specifics.
